Purchasing a car can be daunting. It’s expensive and the possibility of choosing a vehicle that’s not durable or requires constant repairs can worsen stress and the financial burden.

The automotive search engine and research website iSeeCars issued its Longest Lasting Cars Study to make the process of purchasing a car easier on the consumer. The site analyzed the prices of over 8.3 million new cars sold between September and December 2023 (regardless of model year) as well as the odometer readings of over 181 million used cars. Then iSeeCars used its findings to compile a list of cars that offer the best value for your money.

The site reports that, on average, a new car costs $2,779 for every 10,000 miles of its lifespan. The top 10 best-valued cars fall comfortably below that. However, heavy-duty vehicles, low-volume vehicles and vehicles that haven’t been continuously in production over the last decade were not included in the analysis.

So if you’re looking for a car with technological luxuries, modern safety features and solid lifespans — one of the following vehicles could be a great choice for you.
